Receiving

The receiving function integrates with other business systems to perform such tasks as reconciling orders and receipts. TRACK^X can then automatically send  accounts payable or the buyer an e-mail note informing them of any discrepancies.
 

Inspection

Inspect material by individual container or perform mass inspections by lot, purchase order, manufacturing order or receipt number. When an item fails an inspection, you can immediately enter a reason into the system for later analysis.

Use either directed or non-directed put away control to ensure that items are always where they should be. TRACK^X can even map out the most efficient route to follow.
 

Picking

Gain the ultimate in picking flexibility. For instance, you can consolidate orders into one pick list; automatically or manually allocate inventory; monitor under and over-picking; and map the most efficient route to complete the picking tasks.
 

Shipping

Use shipping bay scanning to ensure that items always go on the right truck, to the right customer. The shipping function of  TRACK^X also automatically generates all the necessary paperwork and feeds pertinent data back into your other business systems, thus reducing workloads and improving accuracy.
