Priority Support. With Priority Support members are automatically moved
to the front of the queue in terms of access to second level support resources
-- both by phone and email. What that means to you is fast answers when
you need them most. Plus, extended hours are available for Priority Support
customers.
Free Full Version Upgrades
During the time you are active on the Maintenance Plan you will receive
the latest upgrades and new releases free of charge. You will be sent
notifications of release and upgrade availibility and be able to download
